My name is Gabriella, I live in Sydney, Australia and I’m a student of Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy. I use food as medicine as my approach to life and believe listening to your body and incorporating various lifestyle changes when needed is key to achieving this. I absolutely LOVE to cook which means lots of experimenting in the kitchen with vegan or vegetarian dishes.
I started up a blog this year (www.nourishednaturally.blogspot.com) to share recipes on how to nourish yourself naturally with organic, wholesome foods while eliminating processed and toxic foods. It’s slowly growing with new recipes whenever I find time away from my studies! Thanks for reposting!xxSent with love and light…. teapotvegan:

Vegan pear pancakes with maple syrup. Make this now, best Sunday breakfast ever.
1 cup plain flour
1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup soy milk
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup raw sugar (you can use a different sweetener if you are anti-sugar)
1 sliced pear.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Mix the dry ingredients, than make a well to mix the rest in. Grease pan with nuttelex (or earth balance? if you’re not in Australia). When you’re cooking, wait until bubbles appear, than add pear and flip.

diethard:

After spending about an hour trying to make some healthy protein pancakes and cussing up a storm, I went ahead and made some extra special sugary funfetti birthday cake pancakes!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes, everyone!!
